Project Engineer - Gas Plant Project, Oman

The position

The project engineer is an important member of the team. Duties include but are not limited to;

• Working closely with the Engineering Discipline Heads to monitor progress and ensure the commercial success of specific projects.
• Proper execution and close-out of projects
• Delivery of company project management, control and reporting systems.
• Involvement in the ongoing professional development of other staff members, upholding a knowledge-sharing environment.
• Quality systems and procedures governing the multidiscipline work area and ensure working in project as per company approved QMS.
• To provide sufficient level of detailed information to permit a decision on whether to proceed further with the project.
• To ensure that project deliverables are met according to schedule, budget and technical competency expectations of the company.
• Communicate effectively as an integral member of the leadership team, with other engineers, discipline leads, and company management to ensure the FEED office reputation for high quality services is maintained.

Requirements

To apply for this position you must have the following;

• FEED experience
• Sour Gas Plant experience
• 15 years' relevant expeirnece of oil and gas projects
• A university degree (B.Eng/B.Sc) from a European or North American Univeristy
• Experience in process engineering
