What you can expect

If you apply to, or register with, TEC Group your details will be held on our central database. What happens after that is entirely up to you, but typically TEC Group will speak with you initially and then record a large amount of information so that we can offer you the right opportunities.

It’s more than just your job role and desired hourly rate though! Every individual has their own unique circumstances, preferences and skills, so the more information that we have the best chance we have of matching you with the most appropriate role.

Once registered TEC Group’s consultants will use their knowledge of clients and the market to match your profile with the roles our clients ask us to source. We pride ourselves in knowing a large number of people individually – one of the skills of the job! – but we also use our technology to ensure that we offer you a good deal of choice, too, when jobs come up that might interest you.

So you can expect a thorough initial registration process, detailed record keeping [please feel free to ask to see your records], a relationship with your consultant and frequent communication when jobs come up that suit you.

And finally, TEC Group is registered with the Data Protection Registrar which means that we hold electronic data confidentially and us it in an ethical and legally compliant way

Once you're working through TEC Group we ensure that we provide the very best levels of service because it is important that your whole experience of working through TEC Group is successful and enjoyable. From your initial application, the client introduction and interview, through to production of contracts and assignment setup we aim to be accurate, compliant and communicative. Once working through us we take great care with your payments and as well as your consultant who provided the contract, we also have a dedicated team of experts to ensure that everything runs smoothly.

Payroll

We understand the importance of punctuality and accuracy of weekly payroll. We process hundreds of invoices per week, and every TEC Group contractor has direct access to our contractor services team, who process and pay your hours. We know that regardless of how many timesheets we process, only a 100% accuracy rate is acceptable and this standard is always achieved.

The team is highly experienced and each has worked personally in the HR industry, and with contractors for many years. We maintain a personal service and know most contractors well.

We also keep the process as simple as possible so timesheets and invoices can be received by any medium you wish to send it. Most prefer to scan or email, and you can click here to send us your timesheet

TEC Group contracts require that Limited Company contractors carry appropriate liability insurances for the duration of your assignment with TEC Group. Working and living overseas, especially in certain regions or offshore, means that suitable cost effective insurance is essential, and rightly a mandatory requirement before travelling.
